Osian’s Coat vessel is inspired by a coat I knitted for my son when he was a baby. I’ve adapted my knitting technique into a glass tapestry, meticulously cutting and balancing hundreds of pieces of glass  replicating the design before fusing and shaping the vessel with gravity in the kiln.
